About Us

The Yeronga Park Swimming Club has a long and proud history in local, state, national and international arenas of the sport. Established in 1965 by the Henry’s family who are still members of the club today, the club has evolved to its current standing through the hard work of dedicated swimmers, parents and coaches. The members display great club spirit in all activities and events proudly wearing the club colours of green and gold.

The Club enjoys a great association with Shelly the lessee of the Yeronga Park Swimming Complex, whose support has been a corner stone of the clubs success. Shelly has been running the complex for the past 25 years, and over that time has constructed a new recreation pool, indoor teaching pool, cafe and a state of the art 25m pool. Her passion for swimming and for the community has been an integral part of developing the success of the complex.

During 2014 the pool celebrated its 50th anniversary! We would like to thank everyone who has been apart of the pools amazing history, and welcome everyone to a apart of its future.
